United Talent Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner for a Housing Authority in Charleston, WV. This weekday morning position is a great opportunity for someone seeking a consistent part-time schedule while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Schedule and Pay
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • 20 hours per week
  • $14.10 per hour
  • No evenings or weekends
Job Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize offices, hallways, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and frequently touched surfaces
  • Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Report maintenance concerns, damage, or safety hazards to management
  • Maintain a professional appearance and interact courteously with residents and staff
  • Complete other general cleaning duties as assigned
Position Requirements
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance
  • Strong attention to detail
