Part Time evening Janitorial
We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites.
Hours would be approximately:
Hours would vary depending on the shifts selected, all shifts would be after 5pm Monday through Thursday evening and Sunday’s after 11am.
The successful candidates are required to have the following:
-       Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite. 
-       Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
-       Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
-       Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
-       Able to work independently & around people
-       Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
-       Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
-       Able to communicate in English both verbally and written. 
-       Be able to work various locations throughout the city
-       Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
-       Have an eye for detail cleaning
Job Duties would include but not limited to.
Building Cleaning.
-       Sweeping/Mopping
-       Disinfecting touch points
-       Vacuuming
-       Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
-       Dusting
-       General cleaning duties
-       Garbage removal
-       This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc.
-       And more as directed by supervisors.
