Job Description:

Masters is seeking part-time professionals to work nightly as a Concrete Truck Driver at our Kingsley, PA plant location for a 3-4 month period beginning in June. This individual will deliver Ready Mix Concrete 3-4 nights per week to a specific local project maintaining excellent quality control and safe, professional operation of the equipment. This position would include the opportunity for Full-Time employment


Job Type: Part-Time; Hourly 3-4 nights per week

No Ready-Mix Experience Necessary

Formal 2 Weeks of True Paid Training.

Local Delivery Only

No ELD’s


Qualifications:

CDL Class A or B required.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times daily

Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, squat, bend, reach, grasp, lift, load, push, pull throughout the day.


Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 2 years Driving Experience Preferred but we will train

Background in Ready-Mix Concrete Preferred, but Not Required


Responsibilities:

Promote Safety and perform safe practices at all times

Maintain a High Level of Customer Service

Maintain and Operate a Clean, Safe Vehicle per all Federal DOT Regulations

Timely Delivery of Quality Concrete in Spec

Effective communication with dispatch, plant operators and customers

Availability Monday - Friday night
