As a part-time class B driver, you are qualified to operate a vehicle over 26,000 pounds or one that hauls a trailer over 10,000 pounds. Your responsibilities may involve driving large passenger buses, segmented buses, dump trucks with small trailers, tractor-trailers, box trucks, and straight trucks. Your duties vary significantly depending on your position. For example, you may transport people in a bus or haul cargo with a freight truck.
