THE COMPANY:
Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. We teach the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. Our unique curriculum uses positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to make sure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing kids to improve at their own rate. No matter their age, Super Soccer Stars has specific and progressive lesson plans built to each child's developmental needs.
THE POSITION:
Become a local face for the newest youth soccer program in town! We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will help lead our little stars in fun and educational activities in a non competitive environment. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children, is extremely reliable and has a positive, engaging energy.
Soccer Stars is expanding fast in the North Bay, and we are excited to hire coaches to grow with us! We are looking for candidates who will be available 10-20 hours a week during some/most of the days/times listed below. ECE Credits are a plus (not required)!Coaches will earn from $20 per/hr up to $30 per/hr, depending on experience.
*This role will start as an Assistant Coach with a path to become a Lead Coach once required training and onboarding hours have been fulfilled.
  • Our Coaches lead each class following our customized, age appropriate enrichment curriculum focused on developing the whole child
  • Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
  • Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • Our Coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, open to feedback, and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements
THE SCHEDULE:
Classes are held during morning, afternoon and/or after-school hours on weekdays, and on Saturday mornings. Candidates should have availability on some of the days and times listed below:
  • Monday-Friday: 9am- 12pm
  • Monday-Friday: 1pm-5pm
  • Saturdays: 9am-12pm
  • Sundays: 9am- 12pm

THE LOCATION:
Classes will be held at local schools, parks, and recreational centers in Novato, San Rafael, Petaluma and other areas of Marin and Sonoma Counties. Coaches may be expected to travel up to 15 miles each way to get to a class location.
