Local CDL-A Driver, Mankato, MN

You'll work closely with our dispatch team, navigate local routes, and help shape a customer experience that's second to none.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday/ Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00am - 5:30am start time
  • Flexibility to work an occasional weekend day
  • Pay: Starting at $0.642 CPM / Stop Pay: $25
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly
  • Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures, etc.)
  • Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
  • Communicate any customer concerns or delivery issues to management
  • Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries
  • Maintain your assigned truck in clean and working condition

What You Bring:
  • A Valid Class A CDL Drivers License Required.
  • A Minimum of 24 months of experience working in a full-time Class A Tractor/Trailer driving position in the previous 3 years
  • No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three years (3) years.
  • No serious traffic violations or convictions while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
  • No clearinghouse violations in the last 5 years.
  • Knowledge of all applicable DOT regulations and Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
  • Ability to satisfy FMCSA/DOT requirements including a clean drug and alcohol screen and a passing DOT physical.
  • High level of reliability and commitment to the role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate interactions professionally.
  • Must be able to read and speak the English Language sufficiently to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries to drivers.
  • Must meet minimum age and insurability requirements (21 years of age or older) in accordance with company insurance policies and/or federal regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
