Position Overview
Chenango Memorial Hospital, part of the United Health Services system, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Walk-In Clinic in Norwich, NY. This is a 0.6 FTE position ideal for an independent, confident provider with a strong background in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine.
You will join a team dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care in a busy, community-focused clinic. The walk-in clinic sees a diverse range of non-emergency, acute conditions and offers an excellent work-life balance.

$91- $107/ Hour
Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Walk-In Clinic
Location: CMH Walk-In Clinic, Norwich, NY
Position Type: Part-Time (0.6 FTE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Compensation: Part- time salary range $87,000 - $102,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: Full benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, CME, and retirement with matching options
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered care for walk-in patients of all ages with acute and episodic conditions.
  • Collaborate with onsite staff and refer patients to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed.
  • Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EPIC EMR.
  • Monday through Friday hours and participation in Saturday rotation; clinic is closed Sundays.
Qualifications:
  • Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in walk-in, urgent care, emergency, or family medicine required
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive part- time salary: $87,000 - $102,000 (commensurate with experience)
