Location: Pala, CA
Provide a 4 diamond standard VIP transportation service to desired destinations in a safe, courteous and discreet manner as directed by Hotel Management or a designated supervisor.
  • Ability to interact with guest in a warm and professional manner while being courteous, tactful and discreet.
  • Must have a minimum of six month's driving experience in the transportation or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have a clean driving record with no more than one (1) moving violation in a one-year period for the last three (3) years; cannot have a revoked or suspended license in the last five (5) years.
  • Geographical knowledge of Southern California counties.
  • Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports.
  • Must be available to work various shifts and flexible hours.
  • Computer, verbal and written communication skills are crucial to the success of a Chauffeur.
  • Previous 4 Star / 4 Diamond hotel experience a plus.
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Will ensure a pre-trip vehicle inspection is perform prior to providing a service to the guest.
  • Assisting guests with the loading and unloading of their possessions are required.
  • Will be expected to ensure the safety of the guest at all times while driving throughout the metro Southern California Counties including during inclement weather.
  • Perform monthly inspections to ensure vehicles are operating correctly at all times.
  • Must take pride in the chauffeur position, be on time for all assignments, have a "passion to serve".
  • Provides guest recognition through the use of guest's name at all given opportunities.
  • Be well informed on the Hotel, Casino, Spa, Entertainment and local information for guest's convenience.
  • Chauffeur is expected to keep busy during downtime by assisting the bellman at the guest services desk.
  • Chauffeur is responsible to ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition regularly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
