Job description

Position Summary:

Acts as brand ambassador with constant frontline interactions with clients, both internal and external.ย  Responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and live chat.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador.
  • Respond to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries from clients and retailers.
  • Keep up-to-date on new information or changes that have been issued to the product line or within the company.
  • Identify trends related to all aspects of service. Recommend suggestions for a solution.
  • Complete cancellation or change paperwork as needed with accuracy.
  • Share knowledge of warranties and terms of sale.
  • Resolve client complaints while maintaining composure in difficult situations.
  • Coordinate after delivery service issues as needed.
  • Review confirmation emails to ensure clients are obtaining correct and relevant information.ย 
  • Perform other assigned projects and related tasks within department.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrates a customer-first attitude; highly motivated to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent listening skills, written and verbal communications skills. Flexible, dependable and conscientious.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, organization skills and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, call center environment.
  • Demonstrated PC skills and multi-task oriented.
