About the Role
As a Staffing Assistant (FLEX), you will be the first point of contact for candidates during hiring events and in-office visits. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment, guiding applicants through the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with client procedures. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in staffing, customer service, and administrative tasks-all in a dynamic, quickly evolving setting.
Pay Rate
$17.00/hour
Available Shift Times
Variable-10 to 40 hours per week, including some weekends and extended hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding and hiring events
• Deliver exceptional customer service to applicants
• Assist candidates with applications and screening procedures
• Verify work authorization and facilitate badge photo capture
• Administer drug screens when required
• Clearly communicate job details and address candidate questions
• Manage multiple systems and meet deadlines
• Maintain professionalism during in-person, phone, email, and live chat interactions

Key Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and quick adaptability to new platforms
• Comfortable using online tools, mobile devices, scanners, and cameras
• Excellent multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, respectful and tactful
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, recruiting, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be available to work on-site; this role is not remote
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
