  • During the school year, you'll need to be available three or more afternoons each week.
  • Love summer? So do we! We offer significantly more hours during school breaks, no-school days, snow days, holidays, and throughout the summer months with camps, workshops, and special events.
  • Looking for even more GLITTER in your life? Morning, early evening, and weekend shifts are available too!
  • Choose your adventure! Teach fun, hands-on art classes in our colorful Wixom studio or take creativity on the road as one of our Mobile Art Teachers.
  • Reliable transportation is a must-skateboards, bikes, and roller skates are fun, but you'll need your own vehicle for mobile programs.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.

What You'll Do
  • Lead engaging art classes, camps, workshops, birthday parties, and special events for children ages 18 months to 12 years.
  • Teach both in our Wixom studio and at mobile locations throughout the surrounding communities.
  • Create a fun, safe, positive, and encouraging environment where every child feels successful.
  • Encourage creativity, build confidence, and make every child feel like an artist.
  • Prepare, organize, and clean up art materials before and after each class.
  • Follow lesson plans while bringing your own energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every class.
  • Help maintain classrooms, supplies, and materials so they're always ready for the next creative adventure.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, school staff, and fellow team members.
  • Represent Kidcreate Studio with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude wherever you teach.
