SUMMARY

Perform duties to mix and prepare drink orders.  Operate the register at point of sale and perform adequate cash transaction to insure balance with POS reporting. Ensure adequate bar stock.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.
• Perform all opening and closing duties.
• Attend all staff briefings and meetings.

• Provide friendly, quick and professional service to guests and co-workers.
• Mix and prepare drink orders, according to Hollywood's standards, garnish properly.
• Accurately operates cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepts payment and provides change.
• Requests stock and checks bar to monitor stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and station.
• Follow safety rules.
• Be able to answer questions when asked about Hollywood operations.
• Prepare bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties.
• Notify Supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated.
• Notify Management of equipment problems.

• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent is required with a thorough knowledge of mixing drinks.  6 months minimum bartending experience is preferred.  You must be a least 21 years of age.  This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members. Must understand and speak the English language.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by a Cast member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is regularly required to talk and hear.  The cast member frequently is required to stand and walk.  The cast member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.  The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The cast member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.  Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs occasionally.

Due to safety issues; at the discretion of management may require bartenders to wear protective equipment.
