Looking for a role where you can showcase your customer service skills while being part of a welcoming and established team? Robertos Leucadia, located in beautiful Encinitas, CA, is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-time Cashier to join our family. With a long-standing reputation and a team of dedicated, long-term employees, we’re excited to welcome someone who’s ready to contribute to our success.

What You’ll Do

As our Cashier, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers with a warm smile and taking their orders. - Handling payments accurately and efficiently. - Preparing a variety of foods, both hot and cold, including frying chips and preparing salsas. - Using basic knife skills to assist in food preparation. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front of house. - Supporting the team with other tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings a positive attitude and the following qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Basic math skills to handle transactions with ease. - Comfortable preparing food and working with kitchen tools, including knives. - Ability to complete an online Food Safety course certification (paid for by us!). - Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required. - Availability to work part time 3-4 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday, from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
