Job description

Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a part-time and full-time Cart Attendant. As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Cart Attendant attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Must have strong customer/guest orientation
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be dependable
  • Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
  • Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
  • Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely

Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintains professional appearance
  • Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day
  • Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required
  • Cleans and maintains cart barn
  • Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times
  • Receives and communicates complains to the Golf Shop
  • Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
  • Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
