Job description


About This Role

We're seeking a group leader to spearhead our school-based before and after school program's enrichment program.

This is an ideal role for paraeducators or aspiring educators who can commit to a full or part-time schedule.


What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive environment.

Develop engaging enrichment activities that cater to the diverse interests and educational needs of the children.

Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children at all times, adhering to NH Licensing Rules.

Collaborate with the team, maintaining open communication with school staff and families to achieve common goals.


Requirements

A High School Diploma, GED, or willingness to pursue college-level classes with scholarship assistance is a must.

Previous experience working with Elementary-aged children or relevant education-related credits are essential.
