Our 30-bed 7Heart unit specializes in patients with acute and chronic disease processes, including, but not limited to, congestive heart failure patients and cardiology patients requiring diagnostic testing and state-of-the-art surgical and non-surgical interventions for atrial fibrillation and other dysrhythmias. 7HT also extends care and treatment to patients suffering from other organ system diseases and supports med/surg overflow patients.If you're passionate about providing top-notch care and eager to join a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date.
  • Cardiac/critical care experience preferred
What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location: Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, nationally-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet hospital for nursing, and serves a service area of 30 counties and a population of nearly 750,000 persons. MCNH has over 4,500 employees and a medical staff of approximately 700 physicians. As the second largest hospital in Georgia, it is licensed for 637 beds, including pediatrics, medical surgical, trauma and cardiac surgery. The Atrium Health Navicent Emergency Department, with helipad capability and three urgent care centers, treats over 140,000 visitors per year.
