Job description

Description

We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Vehicle Transport Driver to help keep our rental fleet moving efficiently throughout the area. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering vehicles where they are needed, including rental branches, airport facilities, service locations, and other company destinations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, prefers an active workday, and can manage assignments independently while maintaining a professional and safety-focused approach.


What You'll Do
  • Drive rental vehicles to and from designated company and service locations.
  • Pick up vehicles and deliver them according to daily transportation assignments.
  • Check each vehicle for visible damage or other concerns before and after a trip.
  • Confirm vehicles are properly fueled and in suitable condition when directed.
  • Keep track of completed vehicle movements and communicate assignment status.
  • Work with supervisors and other team members to coordinate transportation needs.
  • Use mobile devices for directions, scheduling information, and work-related communication.
  • Immediately notify management of accidents, traffic violations, mechanical concerns, or vehicle damage.
  • Follow company procedures and all applicable driving and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Current and valid Utah driver's license.
  • Driving history with no more than 2 accidents or moving violations within the past 3 years.
  • Comfortable operating different types of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, vans, and trucks.
  • Dependable attendance and strong punctuality.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and complete assignments as directed.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and work communication.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to repeatedly get in and out of vehicles, walk between locations, and remain active throughout the shift.
Hours
  • Part-time schedule of approximately 28 hours per week.
  • Full 8-hour shifts.
  • Morning shifts required.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing the company's required background check and drug screening.
