We are proud to offer a supportive and friendly work environment, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay. Our Raleigh, NCย retail location is currently hiring a Part-Time Key Holder.

The Key Holder plays an important role in supporting store leadership by helping manage sales, daily operations, asset protection, and basic human resources functions to ensure an excellent customer experience and overall store success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Support and guide associates in sales, customer service, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring team members actively engage with customers and address questions or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor sales trends and inventory levels to support timely restocking and maximize product availability
  • Promote strong product knowledge to enhance sales performance and customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and housekeeping standards
  • Train associates on visual merchandising to ensure consistent store presentation
  • Assist with inventory processes, including receiving shipments, conducting counts, and reporting discrepancies
  • Receive and process merchandise, including unpacking shipments and updating records using company systems
  • Review and fulfill customer orders; organize and stock merchandise on racks, shelves, and storage areas
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as needed; machine operators may have expanded responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs (no Sundays or late nights required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to stay active on the sales floor or in the stockroom for most of the workday
