Description:

THIS IS A FULLTIME POSITION, we are not hiring part time.


Job Summary:

The Light Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment such as mowers and blowers used for various course maintenance needs. Maintains fuel levels on equipment. Cleans and inspects machinery after each use. Reports machinery/equipment problems to mechanic. Makes necessary minor adjustments to equipment. Loads and unloads materials.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • mowing and trimming of turf
  • maintaining cleanliness and safety of golf course
  • planting and trimming of bushes/trees
  • spreading mulch or pine straw
  • raking bunkers
  • blowing leaves/debris
  • using small engine equipment to maintain golf courses

Pay rate $16-18/hour

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:
