The Opportunity:
We're looking for a creative, versatile Marketing Specialist to help drive our brand's presence across design, social media, content, and email. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in various functions of Marketing, from designing scroll-stopping graphics to writing copy that converts, and wants a flexible, remote role with real ownership over the content our audience sees every day.
What You'll Do:
• Design graphics and videos/reels for social media, email, web, and marketing collateral (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms
• Write and edit copy for social posts, blog articles, and promotional materials
• Draft, design, and schedule marketing emails and newsletters
• Track key metrics (engagement, open rates, CTR) to inform strategy
• Maintain brand consistency across all content
• Support campaign coordination and content calendars as needed
• Support Sales with campaigns and content for outreach and prospecting
What You'll Bring:
• Experience in marketing, graphic design, or social media management
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Experience working within a CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating design and/or content creation skills
What Sets You Apart:
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) to support content creation and workflows
• Familiarity with AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) practices
• Basic photography or video editing skills (e.g., Reels, TikTok-style short-form video)
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights)
