Job Title: Restaurant Concierge

Location: Coeur d' Alene Resort

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Do you love great food and helping people plan memorable moments? The Coeur d' Alene Resort is looking for a friendly, detail-loving Restaurant Concierge to join our Food and Beverage team. This is a behind-the-scenes role where you'll be the go-to expert for Guests calling in to book everything from lakeside brunches to celebratory dinners at our award-winning restaurants.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Guest's Guide: Answer calls and assist Guests with reservations, special requests, and insider info on our restaurants. You'll make planning a night out feel effortless and exciting.
  • Manage the Flow: Book, update, and adjust reservations in real time across multiple venues using our booking platform. No walk-ins, no front desk stressjust smooth, organized scheduling.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Recommend venues based on Guest preferences, answer questions about menus or events, and offer thoughtful suggestions that make each experience unforgettable.
  • Team Communication Hero: Pass along key Guest details and special notes to the restaurant teams so they can deliver personalized, top-notch service.
  • Stay in the Know: Keep up with menu changes, seasonal specials, and current happenings so you can speak with confidence and enthusiasm.
