Title: Business Administration Assistant
Department: Front Office
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (Estimated 25 hours per week)
Reports To: Director of Finance & HR
Last Revision Date: August 12, 2026
Summary:
The Business Administration Assistant will assist with many assignments, including but not limited to: Accounting, Human Resources, and other administrative tasks.
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical and operational support to the Director of Finance & HR related to accounting, human resources, and general office projects. Including but not limited to -
o Entering expenses into QBO
o Invoicing sponsors
o Reconciling cash
• Perform a wide range of duties related to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports
• Interact with and supply information to job applicants, employees, and public and private agencies or organizations
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all financial and personnel records and information
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• At least one year of prior office administrative experience preferred
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and database programs
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Ability and willingness to work varied hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays
• QuickBooks Online experience is preferred
Working Conditions:
This job operates in an office environment. This individual routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers. There is no expectation of working game days.
