Description
This is a Part-Time/Hourly Administrative Support position with the Bulloch Wellness Center located in Statesboro (Bulloch County), GA.
Job Responsibilities
Under general supervision, provides part-time administrative and clerical support to the Program Manager, Quality Manager, Retention Specialist, Administrative Assistant, and HOPWA Program Manager. Duties include general clerical support, assisting with survey analysis and quality improvement activities, taking and maintaining meeting minutes, supporting onsite food management in coordination with a Registered Dietitian, assisting with SEHUSAC activities, and providing check delivery and other administrative support for the HOPWA program. Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills and the ability to perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, filing, answering telephones, maintaining records, preparing correspondence, and providing general administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree, proficient in MS Word and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Experience working in a clinic or medical office setting. Experience working with HIV/AIDS patients.
