Job description

Three Space Lab is redefining real estate with deeply immersive, on-demand experiences that bring properties to life before they're realized, transforming the relationship between the present and future of the built environment. Our proprietary VR solution allows users to step into spaces before they're built—anytime, anywhere. Offering a seamless experience that transcends traditional visualization, we empower stakeholders to make informed, confident decisions with clarity and ease.

We deliver a bespoke luxury experience, designed to be within reach and accessible worldwide. Research indicates that women and individuals from underrepresented groups often apply for a job only when they meet 100% of the listed requirements. If you believe you possess the skills necessary for the role but may not meet every qualification, we encourage you to reach out to us anyway.

We're eager to hear about your experiences and what drives you, and to explore whether you'd be an excellent addition to our team. Role Overview: As we continue to scale, we're seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented legal professional to support our legal operations across commercial, corporate, and employment matters. This fractional, hourly role is ideal for a recent law school graduate, a newly barred attorney, or a more experienced legal professional eager to work with an innovative team at the forefront of the proptech and real estate tech space.

We value efficiency and innovation, and we actively encourage the use of AI tools to streamline legal workflows, research, and documentation. If you're excited about applying your legal skills in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and organize a variety of legal documents and contracts, including NDAs, commercial agreements, SaaS terms, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

Support the business with legal research and issue-spotting across areas such as employment law , technology law , intellectual property , and real estate compliance . Help build internal legal resources and scalable templates to support future growth. Stay current on emerging legal trends in proptech , startup law , and employment regulations relevant to a distributed team.

Assist in liaising with external counsel on matters like corporate structure, financing, and IP filings. Contribute to the development of a legally sound and business-friendly approach to risk and compliance. Required: A recent JD graduate (or someone awaiting bar admission) or a more experienced attorney; active license is a plus.

Demonstrated interest or coursework in real estate , technology law , employment law , or startups . Strong legal writing and research skills; bonus points for any internship or clinic experience with tech companies, real estate, or employment-related matters. Highly organized and able to manage time across multiple projects.

Curious, pragmatic, and capable of translating legal ideas into actionable guidance for a fast-paced business. Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote-first setting (estimated 5–10 hours/week to start). Preferred: Previous in-house experience (including internships) or exposure to real estate or tech-related legal issues.

Familiarity with legal tech platforms and AI tools. What We Value: A mix of curiosity, ambition, resilience, and optimism, paired with a mindset focused on growth and continuous learning. Highly collaborative, team-first mentality with the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.

Empathy-driven leadership and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to extract actionable insights from customer and sales data. Why Join Us: Impact : Be part of redefining the real estate industry with cutting-edge AI and VR technology.

Shape the future of how properties are envisioned, experienced, and brought to market. Innovation : Join a trailblazing team at the forefront of immersive technology, creating groundbreaking solutions that transform the built environment. At Three Space lab, we don't just accept difference—we celebrate and support it. Not only because it's the right thing to do, but because we draw on the differences in who we are, what we've experienced, and how we think to make Three Space Lab thrive.
