Maintenance Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW 
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of our buildings and grounds. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in their work, and has experience with general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing and electrical work. Reports to the General Manager
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
  • Complete basic plumbing tasks (leaks, clogs, fixture repairs)
  • Perform light electrical work (fixture replacement, minor troubleshooting)
  • Maintain grounds (cleanliness, minor landscaping, seasonal upkeep)
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests
  • Maintain tools and ensure safe working practices
  • Assist with general upkeep and improvement projects
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and basic electrical work
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing, outdoor work)
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
