Job Overview

Puff 'n Stuff Catering is looking for enthusiastic and motivated servers to join our off-site Event Server team and “passionately perfect life’s celebrations.”


Event Server Basics:

  • Attend to guests needs and serve fine dining style catered events
  • Prepare guest and buffet tables by setting linens, décor, napkins, plates, etc.
  • Participate in event break down with the rest of the service team
  • Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
  • Show up on-time, in uniform with a positive attitude
  • Be prepared to work in all types of weather - events can be indoors and outdoors


Event Server Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs - to unload and re-load necessary equipment
  • Have reliable transportation to and from events
  • Speak fluent English and write basic English
  • Must be okay working in a smoke-free environment
  • ServSafe and bartending certifications a plus
  • 2 years of fine dining or catering service experience, preferably in a high-volume operation
