About Us
We are a members-only tactical training facility specializing in military, law enforcement, and first responder-style training while remaining open to civilians who are committed to developing real-world skills in a professional training environment. We are a reality-based training facility, focusing on techniques and concepts designed for real-world encounters rather than sport alone. Our mission is to provide high-quality instruction that builds confidence, discipline, accountability, and practical skills that translate outside the academy.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor to join our team. This role is focused on teaching adult students in a structured, professional environment.
Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and instruct adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes.
  • Teach fundamentals, intermediate, and advanced techniques with an emphasis on safety, proper progression, and practical application.
  • Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.
  • Mentor students while promoting respect, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Assist with academy events, seminars, and special training sessions as needed.
