Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Ardent Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.   • Diverse, high-acuity case mix: General, Urology, Orthopedic, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, and Neonatal Surgery.
  • Perform at the top of your license: CRNAs perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines. Strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia.
  • Competitive call schedule: Shared among 18 CRNAs, with an average of 2–4 calls per month — more available by request.
  • Daily CRNA coverage: 18–20 CRNAs onsite covering 24 active anesthesia locations each day.
