Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Macon, GA. The RN will provide care for pediatric patients with special medical needs, particularly those diagnosed with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy. This position involves working closely with the patient’s family and medical team to deliver high-quality care and ensure the child’s comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, focusing on those with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological or physical conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions regularly, documenting observations and any changes in the patient’s health.
  • Educate and support families with proper care techniques, including feeding, mobility, and the use of medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and doctors, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
