Hourly Lube TechnicianWe are looking for a Hourly Lube Technician or Hourly Advanced Technician to join our Nissan 24 team in Brockton. Full Time and Part Time positions available Wage based on experience $20-$30 Nissan 24 of Brockton is a division of Ed Kardon's 24 Auto Group, one of New England's fastest growing, family-owned automotive groups. Repairs must be done in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Ensures that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently, and that the dealership's service department maintains a consistently high level of safety and customer satisfaction that is consistent with Route 24 Auto Group's core philosophies, principles, and values.

Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all company policies, procedures, programs, and strategies are followed and executed effectively.

Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers, or employees to management.

Adheres to express lube guidelines.

Performs safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, and basic maintenance as directed.

Replenishes supplies as requested by technicians or service manager.

Installs completed oil change reminder sticker in vehicle.

Check battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid and power steering fluid levels and refills as needed.

Check coolant level and refill as necessary.

Ensure vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.

Check fluid level prior to release of vehicle to ensure proper levels.

Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above Company standards.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures by manufacturer and dealership.

Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.

Properly use the special tools and equipment provided by the service department.

Produce quality work that evidence excellence resulting in scores at or above the district average as measured by monthly manufacturer customer satisfaction reporting.

Ensure that customer vehicles you work on are returned to consumer cleaner than they were prior to being serviced.

Picks up parts from the parts department as directed by technicians.

Responsible for sweeping the shop and emptying trash daily.

Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.

Achieve or exceed production schedules and individual efficiency benchmark set by management.

Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. Other tasks as assigned.
