WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Blood Products Delivery Driver (Montana Regional Route)
Transport life-saving blood products to hospitals across Montana. This position is based out of our Great Falls location, and will travel to Billings, Bozeman, and Helena. You will provide critical and timely delivery and return of temperature-sensitive blood products while following all safety and compliance standards.
This role requires excellent customer service, reliability, and the ability to drive long distances in all weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable using navigation and logistics technology and committed to supporting patient care.
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
  • Operate vehicle for the delivery of blood products and materials safely and within traffic laws.
  • Prepare for deliveries by verifying orders, loading vehicles, and maintaining route supply inventory to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.
  • Document temporary storage and transportation of blood, blood products, and materials as required by internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide customer service by giving basic information and interacting in a positive proactive manner with employees.
  • Maintain excellent vehicle conditions by keeping vehicle clean and checking fluid and gas levels
  • Provide shipping and receiving support as directed.

Pay Information:
The compensation for this position is $16-18/hour. Compensation is dependent upon candidate's overall experience and skill set.
Schedule: Monday through Wednesday
Mon: 12:00pm - 8:30pm ; Tues and Weds: 3:00pm - 9:30/10:00pm
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
  • High School or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience with a messenger service or trucking company is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and compliance
  • Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills
  • Ability to drive long distances in all weather conditions
  • Proficiency with navigation systems and mobile/delivery technology
  • Dependability and a strong sense of urgency supporting patient care

Physical Requirements
The duties are representative of the essential functions of the position. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to sit for long periods of time while driving routes. May load or unload trucks and lift, pull, push and move objects of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to drive throughout the region. Work under pressure and within time standards. Required to wear protective clothing when there is exposure to blood and blood products and/or where work location requires.
