Job description

Current LPN Openings:
Shift LPNs provide unparalleled direct patient care and support to individuals with disabilities living in an ACR Homes group home. Additionally, they support resident interests and choices so that they may lead fulfilling lives. You'll have the opportunity to work in an encouraging and supportive environment where excellent patient care is a priority.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Burnsville, MN. With a total of 16-24 hours/week available, we are looking to fill a part-time position. Competitive hourly pay is offered for the hours detailed below.
Option 1: 16-24 hours/week during the evening + every other weekend (Part time position)
  • Evening shifts Mondays and Fridays 2pm-10pm; plus every other Saturday 2pm-10pm (16 hours one week and 24 hours the other week)
  • On-Call Work: Required outside of the 40 hours/week; stipend paid when on call

Option 2: 18-22 hours/week during the evening + every other weekend (Part time position)
  • Evening shifts Mondays and Fridays 2pm-10pm; plus every other Saturday 10pm-6am (18 hours one week and 22 hours the other week)
  • On-Call Work: Required outside of those hours; stipend paid when on call

Weekend Day: $31.00/hour **dependent on home's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**

LPNs who start working at ACR Homes will get a $2,000 bonus if part-time. (All bonuses are taxable income.)
LPN placement bonus break down:
  • Full-time: $3,000 -- paid $1000 after training completion and $2,000 6 months after training completion
  • Part-time: $2,000 -- paid $500 after training completion and $1,500 6 months after training completion
