Job description

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Member Service Representative to join our small credit union team in Ogden. You will help our members with their daily banking needs. You must be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing). The job does involve working every other Saturday but we do offer paid Federal and State holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and provide excellent customer service with an outgoing personality.
  • Process transactions accurately using our computer systems.
  • Answer member questions over landline phones and in person.
  • Handle cash, deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
  • Work every other Saturday after your training period ends.
  • Follow our conservative dress code policy every day.

Requirements

  • Bilingual skills: Must speak and write fluently in Spanish and English.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in a bank or credit union is required.
