ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
- Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Responsible to perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
- Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
- Ability to lift 1-50 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
