HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in Holly Springs, NC and surrounding communities.

This opportunity includes part-time and full-time availability, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

As an RBT, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children build essential communication, social, and daily living skills through structured teaching and positive reinforcement.

You will:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide direct therapy in home-based settings

  • Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions

  • Communicate progress with your supervising BCBA

  • Complete timely session notes and documentation

  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
  • Part-time and full-time positions available

  • Afternoon and after-school hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Optional weekend availability based on client needs

  • 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and caseload

Compensation:
  • $21–$25 per hour
