Current CT LBA licensure required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum. Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments. Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders. Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community. Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment. Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
