Bartender
Employment Type: Part-time
Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, hospitality-focused team members who go beyond taking orders - we want servers who create unforgettable guest experiences and contribute to a high-energy, sales-driven environment.
As a Server, you'll play a key role in delivering attentive service, upselling menu items, ensuring accurate orders, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining space.
Responsibilities
• Provide friendly, attentive service and build rapport with guests.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations (suggestive selling is expected).
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit and resolve any service concerns promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and correctly.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Perform daily side duties including rolling silverware, stocking service areas, and light cleaning (sweeping, mopping).
• Participate in team-based service and tip pooling (food runners, bartenders, greeters, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized station in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Support kitchen and prep staff as needed during peak service times.
Requirements
• Previous restaurant server experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
