Job description

Meadow Brook Hall Bartender and Server Assistant for Catered Banquets

Banquet Bar Backs are needed to work weddings, luncheons, dinners, and various social events at prestigious Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester. Will also aid in supporting the service staff with some bussing duties as well. Bar back aspect will be similar to a bar porters duties, but more activity during the actual times of service.

Primarily weekends and evenings. Available shifts based on scheduled events.

Experience is preferred. Experienced candidates can earn more than the posted wage.

Part-time Guaranteed Hourly Wage Range ....???? per hour based on experience

Potential for cash tips as well.

Example of possible scheduled shifts 3pm-11pm, 5pm-12am, 5pm-1am, 10am-2pm

Job Details:

Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Responsible for stocking bars with all garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins.

Ensures bar areas remain clean.

Empties trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when a Manager requests.

Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and/or close.

Performs opening/closing responsibilities, including party breakdown/duties.

Assists in cleanliness and organization of all bar storage areas.

Assists in party setup of bars.

Assists in bar inventories as requested by management.

Required to be able to lift 25lbs or more.

Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.

Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
