What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain pet kennels, cat condos, boarding areas, and kitchen spaces
- Feed and provide fresh water to boarding pets
- Bathe dogs and cats as needed
- Monitor pets for signs of illness, injury, or behavioral concerns
- Administer medications as directed
- Track and monitor pet belongings
- Perform laundry and sanitation duties
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain pet enclosures, exercise yards, and common areas
- Assist teammates with daily operations and special projects
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients and coworkers
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all pets
What Our Kennel Technicians Bring

- Reliability, punctuality, and excellent time-management abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Knowledge of basic animal behavior and health indicators preferred
- Previous kennel, boarding, daycare, or animal care experience preferred
- Ability to make sound decisions regarding pet interactions and safety
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around cleaning and sanitation products, pet hair, pet waste, and barking animals
