Main Banker

Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Cage team, the Main Banker is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Main Banker is responsible for serving as a central source of cash and cash equivalents for the internal areas and preparing outside bank deposits. Supplies cash, coin, and chip buy to Slot Attendants, Table Games, and Cage Cashiers. 

Position Functions
Essential Functions
•    Provide exceptional internal and external Guest services, treating both with courtesy and consideration at all times.
•    Responsible for securing and is accountable for large amounts of cash and cash equivalents.
•    Cooperate and communicate with all Team Members, always exhibiting respect and consistently projecting a positive and helpful attitude.
•    Responsible for accurately controlling the bankroll and departmental records, documentation, and reports for Cage, Table Games, and Food and Beverage departments in the Main Bank.
•    Facilitate the transfer of funds, coupons, cash equivalents, etc., to and from the Cashier booth, Soft Count room, and any other necessary area(s) as needed.
•    Count and verify incoming Casino operation functions and submit to F&A’s Revenue Audit.
•    Prepare and verify all shift work for Cage, Slot Attendants, and special events.
•    Count, prepare, and verify opening and closing cash inventories at the beginning and end of each shift.
•    Prepare cash summary reports documenting all revenue and payouts during scheduled shifts.
•    Prepare deposit of currency, mute currency, and checks. 
•    Accurately count and process daily revenue.
•    Prepare exchanges, increases, and banks for all Auxiliary Outlets.
•    Perform kiosk fills, credits, and reconciliation. 
•    Monitor and record Title 31 transactions for compliance. 
•    Receive and verify cash from the Drop/Count Team. 
•    Accurately post accountable items to the settlement sheet in the proper location.
•    Accurately input marker activity to the settlement sheet.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
•    Must be at least 18 years of age.
•    High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
•    1 + years of Casino banking experience.
•    Casino Cage, credit, and cash handling experience.
•    Basic math skills. 
•    Familiarity with cash handling policy and procedures.  
•    Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred qualifications:
•    3+ years of Casino banking experience.
