What we're looking for: Someone responsible for always providing excellent internal and external customer service and assisting in the operations of a large telephone switchboard and computerized database of telephone information.

What you'll do:

• Answer and route calls in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being courteous and pleasant when answering each call.
• Professionally answer customer inquiries with a commonsense approach.
• Assist customers and branches with debit card exemptions for travel notifications while following bank, regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

What you must have:

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

What you can expect: Individuals in this position must be able to perform essential functions and physical demands within these documented working conditions with or without reasonable accommodation:
This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high traffic during peak service times. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position, as well as a large amount of over-the-phone interaction with customers. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day that may be in the basement.
The individual responsible for this role must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently. The individual must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers and internal customers. This position requires scheduling flexibility with regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.
