Position Summary
The Relationship Associate plays a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships by providing outstanding service and support. This position is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, assisting customers with questions and service needs, identifying opportunities to recommend bank products and services, and supporting daily branch operations. Success in this role comes from a commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build customer relationships by identifying needs and referring appropriate products and services.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, maintenance requests, and general banking questions.
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
  • Support branch operations, including ATM, vault, and balancing activities.
  • Follow all bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
