Job description

FEDEX- Class C - For-hire Endorsement required.
NJD Delivery Services Co. is looking for team players to deliver packages. FedEx drivers strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. Company Vehicle Provided Class A/Class B CDL/Class C. This is a part-time position with possible Full time opportunities. Delivery location-Calumet City, Lansing, Dolton, Riverdale and close by areas. Fed Ex-Load out location-Hammond Indiana.
Schedule:
  • Shifts are available 7 days per week.
  • Approximate hours are 8 am to 7 pm.
  • Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours per day.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Use the handheld devices for routing information, and customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
  • Be Customer Obsessed! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages to 150 lbs.
  • Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
Basic Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
