Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Part-Time Automotive Lot Technician to help maintain the appearance and organization of our dealership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, takes pride in a job well done, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Lot Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our inventory is clean, organized, fueled, and ready for our customers. Your work directly contributes to delivering the premium experience our guests expect from an Acura dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the organization and appearance of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
  • Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.
  • Ensure all vehicles are clean, properly parked, and presentation-ready.
  • Fuel vehicles as needed.
  • Install license plates, dealer decals, and other required vehicle accessories.
  • Check tire pressures and perform basic vehicle readiness inspections.
  • Assist with incoming vehicle deliveries and inventory placement.
  • Keep the lot free of debris, snow, and other hazards as needed.
  • Support the Sales and Service Departments with vehicle transportation.
  • Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
