Tes principales responsabilites toucheront la facturation, la gestion du calendrier d'inspection et le suivi des documents administratifs.

Responsabilites principales
Organiser et maintenir les fichiers et dossiers numeriques.
Preparer, reviser et traduire des documents en francais et en anglais.
Traiter et acheminer les courriels selon la langue du destinataire.
Offrir un soutien administratif a la directrice regionale.
Prendre en charge la facturation des clients, incluant le suivi et la verification des paiements.
Gerer les credits et debits.
Coordonner le calendrier d'inspection avec l'equipe et les clients.
Organiser les reunions et deplacements de l'equipe de direction.
Preparer les comptes rendus de reunion et assurer le suivi des actions.
Offrir un soutien administratif aux inspecteurs.
Tenir a jour le registre des dossiers en attente et contribuer a leur assignation.
Gerer les demandes d'inspection.
Aider a la preparation de rapports et presentations bilingues.
