America's Auto Auction (AAA) is a full-service used-vehicle auction services provider that facilitates the wholesale remarketing of used vehicles for business-to-business customers, delivering a critical liquidity function to enable the used car sales ecosystem. Based in Carmel, IN, AAA facilitates the selling and buying of used vehicles at forty-one physical auction sites. The Company's daily mission is simple: to provide high-quality service and operational execution for dealers and institutional customers.
This role is responsible for the safe movement, staging, and parking of vehicles across Auction property. The position involves driving vehicles to and from Auction lots, customer dealerships, and businesses, as well as operating vehicles through Auction sale lanes on designated sale days. All duties must be performed in compliance with Auction safety rules, regulations, and driving standards.

What You Will Do
  • Safely drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale days.
  • Transport vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction property, customer dealerships, and business locations while following Auction driving policies, traffic laws, and defensive driving practices.
  • Line up, park, and move vehicles in the correct order as directed by a supervisor or team leader, including locating misplaced or "lost" vehicles.
  • Assist in getting vehicles operational as needed, including inflating tires and jump-starting vehicles using approved equipment.
  • Notify a supervisor of inoperable vehicles and coordinate with Service or the Gas Truck Driver when vehicles require fuel.
  • Provide assistance to customers (dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and actively participating in safety initiatives aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Constantly required to enter and exit vehicles, ability to get in and out of the vehicles safely.
  • Ability to operate various different types of vehicles in a very safe manner.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to walk long distances.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
  • Ability to work outside in the elements.
  • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
  • Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
