About the Role:

The Guest Engagement Part Time Associate plays a vital role in creating memorable and positive experiences for visitors within the arts, entertainment, and recreation industry. This position focuses on welcoming guests, providing information, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. The associate acts as a frontline ambassador, representing the organization’s values and commitment to exceptional service. By actively engaging with guests, the associate helps to foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall guest satisfaction and success of the venue or event.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field.
