In other roles, you may provide clerical support for managers and executives, fulfilling duties that range from taking notes during calls and meetings to arranging travel itineraries. You organize paperwork, answer phones and emails, and sort and distribute correspondence. You also assist management with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining operational records like employment files. Part time assistants are valued for their flexibility and ability to help teams manage workloads without the commitment of a full-time hire.
