Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday: 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Looking for a part-time position with a friendly team and a predictable schedule? O'Brien Auto Team is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming face of our dealership.
If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with basic questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Support the Office Manager and other departments with daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
