Exceptional dining experiences are built through attention to detail and seamless service. As a Part Time Assistant Waitstaff/Busser, you will play a vital role in supporting the dining room team within an exclusive VIP club, luxury bar, and upcoming upscale dining environment. This position is responsible for maintaining impeccable dining areas, assisting VIP Waitstaff and Mixologists, and ensuring guests receive attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Part Time Assistant Waitstaff/Busser help create a polished and welcoming atmosphere by anticipating guest needs, maintaining dining room presentation, and supporting efficient service operations.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support VIP Waitstaff, Mixologists, and management teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
  • Set, clear, and reset tables according to luxury dining service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining rooms, lounges, bars, service stations, and guest areas.
  • Refill water glasses, replenish service items, and assist with guest requests throughout service.
  • Deliver bread service, beverages, condiments, and other dining accompaniments as needed.
  • Assist with food running and service support during peak dining periods and special events.
  • Provide catering support as assigned, including tray-passing hors d'oeuvres, bussing dishes, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
  • Stock and maintain appropriate levels of dining room supplies, glassware, silverware, linens, and service materials.
  • Transport products and supplies while maintaining inventory integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Collaborate with servers, bartenders, culinary teams, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations, service areas, dining spaces, and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Ensure security and proper handling of company assets and equipment.
  • Maintain a polished appearance, positive demeanor, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Support special events, VIP functions, member experiences, and seasonal culinary programs as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, luxury dining, private clubs, hotels, or restaurant environments preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate guest and operational needs and respond with professionalism and urgency.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Requires constant standing and walking, with the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and move materials as needed throughout the shift.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
