The employee will have primary responsibility at Urgent Care Desk, with ability to work other desks as needed.

Essential Functions:
  • Answers and directs phone calls and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors.
  • Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors.

Skills:
  • Must possess general office and multitasking skills.
  • Requires good listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
